Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the nature of herbal and edible products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind.
How to Request a Return:

- Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Shipping:
- If the return is approved due to an error on our part (wrong item/damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened bottles or used products
- Free gifts such as Tukh Malanga sachets
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
